Move to Connect Exercise Classes

We offer three different classes each week to get your Exercise!


Join Monica Cooper IN PERSON every Tuesday at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church

from 1pm-2pm and join Leslie Sack ON ZOOM every Thursday from 1pm-2pm

for lively exercise classes set to music.  Most of the exercises are performed while

you're seated and are suitable for all abilities.  


For Spanish-language exercise classes, join Eva Medina IN PERSON on Thursdays

at 1:00!
